Details and Design’s services provide information for home and office new construction, renovations, design improvements, services and product selection for our standard design services and our on line packages. Details and Design provides recommendations, information, services and products from third party vendors, affiliates and contractors.  Details and Design is not responsible for any misrepresentation of third party, affiliate or contractor’s products and services and advises you to review the individual policies of these third parties. Any dispute with any third party vendor, affiliate or contractor must be handled directly with said party. In addition, Details and Design is released from any disputes you may have with any of these third parties.

Guarantee Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have a concern with one of our online packages, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase and we will collaboratively review your concern according to the specifications you provided.  Although we do not offer a refund, we will offer a one-time modification of your plans based on our conversation. If purchasing product upon recommendations from an on line package, please refer to the individual purchase agreement for terms and conditions of that purchase. When ordering product or services from any third party vendor, affiliate or contractor, the terms and conditions for the product or services of said third party applies.

User content

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.
